Understanding the risks of internet security is the first part of creating a plan for securing your own personal devices. Trip Elix has years in the industry and has been using the internet, since the second day it was available to the public. A lot has changed since then. News other organizations lied about needing basic internet security. Back then people often had no firewall and when it was introduced another lie was made of what a firewall was. Nat -Network Address Translation was never meant to offer security but that is what most so-called firewalls are. Security has been left to you to perform with your own devices before becoming another unwitting victim of technological collateral damage.
